Our LED/UV Top Coat gives the Ruby Cosmetics Pigment Powders a high shine finish that will last for 14 days, chip free! 

How to use:

  1. Prep nails with Ruby Cosmetics Nail Buffer.
  2. Apply a thin layer of the Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Base Coat.
  3. Set for 60 seconds under Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Lamp.
  4. Continue with the steps to create either the glitter or chrome effect.
  5. Apply a thin layer of the Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Top Coat.
