Twitter competition terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, excluding employees and their immediate families of Ruby Cosmetis or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. The promotion begins on the 21st December 2015 and closes at 23:59 on the 23rd December 2015. 

4. To enter you must fully retweet 'Wanna win the last giveaway of 2015? Follow us & RT this post to enter. (T&Cs:)'

5. Only one entry per person. In the event of duplicate entries, only the first valid retweet will be considered in the draw.

6. No purchase necessary.

7. The prize is 1 x Ruby Cosmetics LA Sheer Contour Palette and 2 x Ruby Cosmetics contouring brushes

8. The prize winner will be randomly selected on the 24th December 2015 from all fully retweeted entries.

9. The prize winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw, by private message from @rubycosmetics on Twitter.

10. If the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. A new prize winner will then be randomly selected from remaining entries.

11. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

12. Losing entries will not receive any notification.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

15. In all cases the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The prize winner may be required to take part in related publicity and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize.

17. Ruby Cosmetics accepts no liability or responsibility for entries lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.

18. This promotion and these terms and conditions of entry are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

 

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FACEBOOK - LIKE POST COMPETITION

        1. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
        2. The Promoter of the competition is Ruby Cosmetics, 9 Kidbrooke Avenue, Blackpool, Lancashire, Fy4 1QR..
        3. ENTRY PROCESS
        4. Entry is made by liking the Ruby Cosmetics Facebook page and “commenting” on the competition post.
        5. Entry opens as soon as the competition post is uploaded. The competition will close on 23.59 Monday 30th November 2015. The winner will be announced by the following day on the original post.
        6. ELIGIBILITY OF ENTRIES
        7. Only entries that follow the required entry process will be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or corrupted entries or entries that fail to reach the Promoter.
        8. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be permitted.
        9. THE WINNING ENTRIES
        10. The prize entitles the one winner to the specified prize on this Facebook post
        11. The winner will be selected at random and their name will be tagged in a comment on the post on which they entered, within 24 hours of the competition closing. By entering this competition you consent that, if you win, your name will be published in a Facebook comment.
        12. The winner will be required to “private message” the Ruby Cosmetics Facebook page using the account with which they entered the competition, within 48 hours of being tagged on the post in order to confirm acceptance and arrange receipt of their prize.
        13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

        15. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
        16. Prize includes: 2 x Platinum Tickets to the Clothes Show Live at the NEC Birmingham, a brow and contour makeover at the Ruby Cosmetics stand at the Clothes Show Live, and a Ruby Cosmetics goodie bag.
        17. Winner will be asked which date they’d like to attend the Clothes Show Live from 4-8th December 2015. Tickets for one day will be provided.
        19. Prize winner must make their own way to and from the NEC Birmingham.
